Orange Advear today...

Orange Advear members, how are you guys today??? I feel a bit sorry, because our website is abandoned. And I don't even put Orange Advear blog in the links of my own blog.

Currently we are occupied by our jobs, Vina working at Cideng; Agnes working at Hotel Exchange, Kebun Jeruk; Andrew working/studying in Shanghai, China; Dora working hard in Freemont(cmiiw), USA; Eric working at Apple/Macintosh, Taman Anggrek; and me myself working at Datascrip, Kemayoran. Hmm... working is very different with while we're in college.

So, these are us, Orange Advear, and always gonna be Orange Advear.

Implementation Time

It's 1 month already after the final presentation.
The final presentation going well.

There was some trouble at the video presentation, the sound wasn't syncron w/ the pictures, so PM decided to present the product first than did the video presentation la8r on.
Overall, the presentation was good.
thanx to all people that came to the presentation and asked questions.
Also to all the tutors and other INTI lectures^___^
Currently, Andrew in charge of training the client to use OASys.
Hopefully OASys could make the job become more efficient and reduce human error..PEACE

Tired Weeks

OMG...OMG... Next week is the Final Presentation.
Hopefully we can get all the things done.
We are far left behind from the targeted time, but all the members ( not all seeh!!! but I do) work really hard doing a super extreem programming.
We worked more than 40 hours a week to achieve the goals that we've targeted.
Other assignment from HCI,WWN and SPM makes the time is very limited. All members hardly had enuf time to sleep properly.
Moreover, moreover..... The unexpected WWN and SPM exam is reschedule to week 9, 6 weeks earlier.

Last week first private presentation, the tutors (Mr. Sammy, Mr.Revvi and Mr. Wang) give a good comment in the UI and the functional of the system generally.

Altho, there still many function and validation that still not working properly. Our plan for this week is Renny and I do another super extreem programming, where Vina leading in Documentation and preparation for final presentation with Agnes. Eric will be in charge in Video editing and Andrew,,,,, please... work on the JFreeReport!!!!

It has been 4 month since we updated this blog, WOW!!! We're not updating it not becoz we didn't do anything in the last 4 months. But it's becoz there are soooooo many things to do since we back from Kuching. so....

OASys User Interface has a big transformation. It's like we rebuilding the UI b'coz sir Revvi said that the UI is not user friendly enuf. And after we change it both client and tutors seem satisty with the UI

Next Monday, we have another meeting with client, so it's the deadline for the software. OASys must me working properly, no more bugs, and hav a good validation.

Week 12 submissions progress & details...

All members have already submitted their work to support the documentation for this week submission as I explained below. Although their is some lack documentation but I think we can finish the submission for week 12 ASAP. Overally, I can say that the submission only for the documentation has finished about 75%.

After I got all the resources, now it is my job to combine them all. Hopefully I can create a satisfy documentation for week 12 subsmission..and my target 2 complete this documentataion is TOMORROW!For wednesday, we just prepare for the presentation..no more headache for the documentation :D (actually, the documentation can be submitted the latest on sunday but I think the sooner it is done,the better..I'm sure u guys have the same thought with me,don't u?!) so...Wish me luck guys! hehehe ^-^

Btw, how bout our project website? Is it ok?! Eric, keep update the website in our blogs, so everyone can see it and give comments,ok ?!

Pusing d pake netbean

Netbean n package bikin gw bner2 gila, smua pathnya hrs ditulis.

Gw gila stenga mati, seharian cari cara masukin gbr ke icon internalframe, ternyata bedanya ama frame biasa pake getImage(), internalframe ga usa. Uda gw kutak katik 1/2 mati, ternyata cuma gitu.

internalframe ternyata hrs pake desktoppane br ga error kalo mo di minimize/iconfiable rese d...

WindowListener jg, ternyata dipropertiesnya harus ada yg diubah jd DO_NOTHING. Gara2 itu gw coba berkali2, tetep aja tiap kali ga bisa bikin windownya ga ke close kalo di click x nya.

Mo align center framenya, ternyata properties->code ada yg mesti diubah. OMG!! Untung Edwin kasitau. Tapi internalframe nya tetap ga bisa ke tengah...

ComboBox mo masukin item coba coding sendiri ga bisa, ternyata lewat propertiesnya baru bisa. Oh....

Bener2 d, blajar pake software sendiri begini d rasanya.

Hi guys, neh g uda buat web site orange advear, tapi ini blum final, ini baru draft aj, gila ini aj buatnya buru2, n mendadakan.
Ceritanya g d tugasin ma vina buat websitenya, gara2 liat web sitenya andi dkk, n g ga tanya kapan kumpulnya, n g masi tenang2 aj. Rencananya seh mo minjem program nya vina, katanya itu prog bagus, buat bikin wbesite n user friendly bgt, e ga taunya vina tadi nannya g, web udah d buat blum?? ternyata rabu ini presentasinya, gila langsung aj g ngebut buatnya, da mana g ga punya program ap2 buat web site, jadi itu buatnya pake notepad doang, jadi yah maklum lah klo masi berantakan. n guys, g minta tolong dunk buatin intro nya soalnya ini intronya kosong, g ga bisa buat ap2, soalnya ga ad prog sama sekali. semua prog gtu2 an blm d instal lagi neh.

still 'bout Interface

2 additionl internal frame.

About new interface that vina wants, I'm still thinking about how to do it, so there is still no changes with the previous interface. And Vin, I still can't fix the bug when minimizing the internal frame, still looking for how to fix it.

Ok guyz, still looking forward for your comments. I will submit the screen shot of the interface to agnes tonight, or maybe tomorrow morning.

This is the latest interface. I already add the logo of the software. Previously, because of the logo's background is not transparent, so I'm not using it.

Good news. I already know how to use JTable, well, the simple one. I'm keep looking for how to use jinternalframe and jprogressbar.
